Prologue

PROLOGUE

August 7, 2049
ORBIT OF PLANET EARTH

“Look at what I found! She has been sleeping for 1,000 years!” A white-skinned creature with pointy ears and sharp fangs grins widely, floating toward a large white and black crystal in the orbit of Planet Earth. He wipes the visor part of his space helmet, trying to get a better vision.

“Blanco, please stop touching it!” A female creature who looks almost exactly just like Blanco snaps. She shivers at the thought of being this close to one of the most powerful beings. “Can’t you see that you’re touching... that nightmare of the universe?!”

Blanco washes the fog off the crystal to reveal an exquisite red face. He takes a better and closer look at her. This red-skinned creature sleeping peacefully in the large crystal has long wavy green hair. She seems to be wearing some kind of brown knight armor with a short skirt. What catches Blanco’s attention is her red tail with its tip shaped like a small arrow.

“Aw, come on, sis! The seal was created by the Gods a long time ago, so she won’t hurt us!” Blanco snickers at how scared her sister is. “Don’t worry! We are safe, Blanca!”

“Please, Blanco! We need to stay away from her. I have a bad feeling about this...” Blanca starts off loud and then gets quiet at the end.

Blanco shrugs his shoulders. Turning back to the beautiful creature in the crystal, he places his face even closer to her. He had no idea how beautiful she was! How in the universe did she turn out to be evil?

All of sudden, two scarlet eyes quickly open, startling Blanco who jumps away from the crystal. A big smirk is formed on her red face.

“Wha-what the hell?!” Blanco almost stammers, as the white smokes make loud hisses, coming quickly out of the crystal.

“Let’s go! Before she kills us!” Blanca cries in panic, pulling her twin brother away from the crystal.

BOOM! The crystal explodes into large pieces, which pierce into the siblings who shriek in pain. They get away even further into the vast space.

“Soul of Seal!”

The red-skinned woman snaps her eyes open as soon as she realizes that the last thing she hears from the Gods performing the Soul of Seal on her. Shrugging it off, she smirks deeply, licking her own lips revealing her green tongue.

“Double God." She growls at herself. The more she remembers what happened before she got sealed, the angrier she becomes.

An even deeper scowl is formed on her face when she turns to a tiny blue planet. She realizes that she can’t feel their life energies anymore for some reason. Okay, now. Where are the Gods?

She wonders if the Gods who sealed her are actually dead, but then, they are immortal and almost impossible to be killed.

She grins widely and evilly. Ah, yes. Almost impossible. She can take the Gods’ souls and destroy them if she wants to... and then, no more Gods! She will definitely get her revenge for what Double God did to her planet and people, and for what Dark and Light Gods did to her. She will never forgive them.

Even though she does not know where the Gods are, she will definitely find them. She will tear every limb she can find and give them slow and painful death.

She glances at the blue planet once again. A name automatically appears in her head. Earth. Ah, so that’s where Light and Dark Gods sacrificed their lives to seal me away, eh? But...

No matter how hard she tries to detect the Gods’ presences, she can’t find them at all. They are either not on Earth anymore or... better yet, they are probably dead.

She shrugs her shoulders and begins to float through the space. She is lucky to be able to breathe in the dark space. After all, her race is one of the most powerful in the universe... or at least, was.

For now, all she needs to do is to find a strong planet for her to train before she faces Double God once again.

Yes, Double God must die. And then, I’m going to be the Goddess of the Fifth Universe!
